Shadae Carr, a certified birth and postpartum doula and young parent support specialist, is dedicated to helping women and families through motherhood's transitions. A UMKC Health Sciences graduate, she serves the KC community with a focus on labor prep, postpartum care, and young parent support.

Who We Are
New Light Family Birth Services LLC is a faith based doula practice founded January 12,2022, called to be a light for mothers and families before, during and after childbirth. Our mission is to cultivate unity within the family and community, ensure confidence and preparation, advocate for safe birth practices, and promote maternal health awareness nationwide.
